How to pay for a purchase?

COD or Cash on Delivery is not available currently.

Buyers can pay using Ebica Digital Wallet, Debit/Credit Card & CCAvenue Payment Gateway. CCAvenue provides a wide range of online payment options such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash Cards, Mobile Payments & Wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge, MobiKwik, JioMoney.

Is it safe to pay on EBICA STORE?

If my mind changes, Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

At EBICA , the most important thing for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better!
Cancellations depend upon whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within 24 to 48 business working hours so try to cancel your order at an early stage. If your order has been shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. At that point, your next best option is to make use of our hassle-free return policy and send the item back. In this case, the buyer may have to pay for the shipping charges.

Does EBICA INC offer a guarantee or warranty policy?
Most products at EBICA are covered under a complimentary 30 DAYS free replacement Warranty policy.

What if I don’t like my ordered product?
As long as the products are still undamaged or misused and it is within 7 days of delivery, you can return your order and get a full refund.

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with the expected demand, certain products that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in on regular basis to see if we have restocked your desired item or a similar product like it.

We only sell 100% authentic products at EBICA . We have our own brand ‘EBICA’. Most of the products sold are under our own brand name. All of our products from other brands are sourced from authorized distributors and are of premier quality.
