EBICA REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY

AFTER PAYMENT, CAN I STILL CANCEL AN ORDER?

At EBICA, the most important thing for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better!

Cancellations depend upon whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within 24 to 48 business working hours so try to cancel your order at an early stage. To cancel your order, write to us at cancel@ebica.in or send us a message via whats app at our What’s App number +91 9457370675 and we will take care of everything!

If your order has been shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. At that point, your next best option is to make use of our hassle-free return policy and send the item back. In this case, the buyer may have to pay for the shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY WINDOW IN DAYS?

As long as the products are still undamaged or misused and it is within 7 days of delivery, you can return your order and get a full refund.

When a product is received by the customer from EBICA, you must shoot a video when opening the Package. If you want to refund the product for any reason, you can return the product to EBICA or EBICA Vendor. Full payment will be refunded without any questions asked. However, We will deduct any courier charges & GST charges. The customer has to e-mail us a Video of the parcel as proof he had received the faulty/damaged/wrong product.

If a customer fails to send us the video proof of a damaged/faulty/wrong product.EBICA or its vendor will not accept any return of the product.No payment will be refunded in this case.

ALL products at EBICA STORES are covered under a complimentary 30 DAYS replacement Warranty policy.

Product Warranty is as per Brand/Company policy. Some Products have six months warranty. Some products have a 1-YEAR Warranty. Some Products have 2 YEARS warranty. Some products have a 3 or 4 YEARS warranty.

The warranty of the product is valid as per the warranty card issued from the product brand or the manufacturer selling the product.
